Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties and is only given to those in our company who need it to complete your order. Even more, once your order is completed, please do change your password within one day.

3. Do you use bots or macros?

4.Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?

  No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing or any other behavior that is frowned upon.

5. What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?
  Normally we will respond as if AFK when another player sends you a tell.

6. I understand it takes multiple days to level my character, but I want to play with my friends during the week; am I able to play while you are leveling my character?

Of course! You may schedule time for us to level your character or for you to play yourself. This is call part-time services and pay for the price of $1.5/hour.but please notice that the mininum is 10 hours one day.And when you want to play,please tell our online service,and we will soon log out and let you play.

7. Do you offer part-time powerleveling service ? Not having special request? 

In order to make customers get further service ,we offer part-time powerleveling service ,but the minimum order is 10 hours per day.
